Adapted by Jason Cobley with powerful artwork by Staz Johnson, this edition stays true to Stoker's authentic prose, using real text and dialogue from the original novel. Thoughtfully and sympathetically abridged to suit the graphic novel format, it's the perfect gateway for young readers aged 12 and up to engage with one of the great works of gothic literature.

  • True to the Original: This adaptation uses authentic text and dialogue directly from Bram Stoker's classic novel, so readers experience the real language and atmosphere of the original story.

  • Perfect for Reluctant Readers: The graphic novel format lowers the barrier to classic literature, making it ideal for students, reluctant readers, and horror fans alike.

"I went down into the vaults. There lay the Count! He was either dead or asleep, I could not say which — for the eyes were open and stony but without the glassiness of death." — Dracula, Bram Stoker
