About the Author

Arie Kaplan is the author of several fiction and nonfiction books for children and adults. As a nonfiction author, Arie is best known for his award-winning From Krakow to Krypton: Jews and Comic Books, published by the Jewish Publication Society.

Illustrator Josh Holtsclaw is a graphic artist at Pixar Animation Studios. He studied illustration and graphic design at the Savannah College of Art and Design, and prior to joining Pixar, worked for both Disney and Hallmark. Holtsclaw is based in San Francisco, California.
